The Killebrew Ag Foundation will host the second Killebrew International Pro Rodeo on June 6-8, 2024 at the MS Coliseum in Jackson.
Volunteers will scan tickets as attendees enter the building, usher or direct participants to their seats, sell merchandise and float. Floaters will relieve other volunteers who need a break and will work with Volunteer Supervisors to rotate to other duties.
Thursday June 6 is the Bull Riding Extravaganza. Rodeo Contestants will be riding bulls ONLY to earn a spot in the full rodeo on Friday June 7 and Saturday June 8. Event begins at 6 PM and volunteers must report by 4:45 PM. Volunteers must report inside the coliseum in the lobby behind the main entrance on the 1st floor.
Friday June 7 and Saturday June 8 are the full rodeo experience. Event includes calf roping, team roping, barrel races, bronc riding, bull riding, Bull Poker and 2 specialty acts. Event begins at 6:45 and volunteers must report by 5:15 PM. Volunteers must report inside the coliseum in the lobby behind the main entrance on the 1st floor.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes as most assignments involve walking and climbing stairs.
